The Sartell Youth Hockey Association has combined the registration fee and gate fee into one price to create efficiencies for tournament operations and the teams participating. The fee listed in the chart above is the total team fee to participate in our tournament. The Team Fee must be paid in order for a team to be accepted into our tournament. There is an option to pay via credit card or checking account (using routing number and account number) during registration.
TOURNAMENT START TIMES
Games may begin as early as 11:00 on Friday morning.
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Once you have received an email confirmation of your registration, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you withdraw your team within this 48 hour window, 100% of your registration fee will be refunded. After the 48 hour window, a refund less a $250 non-refundable deposit will be provided, ONLY if a replacement team is found by the canceling team. Once the tournament is within 30 days, no refund will be issued for any reason.
In the event Sartell Youth Hockey is unable to reschedule or host a tournament, a refund will be provided. The Sartell Youth Hockey Association is NOT responsible for a team refund in the event of inclement weather or travel complications.
