Mite Jamboree Information

TEAM FEE
The Sartell Youth Hockey Association has combined the registration fee and gate fee into one price to create efficiencies for jamboree operations and the teams participating. The fee within registration is the total fee to participate in the jamboree. The Team Fee must be paid in order for a team to be accepted into the tournament. There is an option to pay via credit card or checking account during registration.

GAME TIMES
Games will be held on Saturday for Mite 8U and on Sunday for Mini-Mite 6U.  Games will run 8:00am to 8:00pm on Saturday and 8:00am to 4:30pm on Sunday.  

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Upon confirmation receipt of registration, a spot is guaranteed within the jamboree.  If a team withdraws from the Jamboree, a refund less a $100 non-refundable fee will be provided, ONLY if a replacement team is found.  

In the event Sartell Youth Hockey is unable to reschedule or host the jamboree, a refund will be provided. The Sartell Youth Hockey Association is NOT responsible for a team refund in the event of inclement weather or travel complications.

Tournament Information

DIVISION SELECTION
To ensure appropriate matchups and the most competitive tournaments possible, we ask all teams to register for the division rostered with USA Hockey.   For the 10U tournament, please note that only those teams registered as 'B2' will be allowed in the B2 Division; no 'B' allowed.

If a team's division changes from the time of registration to rostering with USA Hockey, Sartell Youth Hockey holds the right to move a team to the appropriate division, as space allows.  If the division is full or not available, the team may be removed from the tournament and a refund per the guidelines below will be provided.

TOURNAMENT START TIMES
Games may begin as early as 11:00 on Friday morning.

In the event a team needs to withdraw from the tournament, a refund less a $500 non-refundable fee will be provided, ONLY if a replacement team is found.  The same applies to teams removed by Sartell Youth Hockey if the USA Hockey roster does not match the tournament division.
