TEAM FEE
The Sartell Youth Hockey Association has combined the registration fee and gate fee into one price to create efficiencies for tournament operations and the teams participating. The fee of $1,400 is the total team fee to participate in the tournament. The Team Fee must be paid in order for a team to be accepted into the tournament. There is an option to pay via credit card or checking account during registration.

TOURNAMENT START TIMES
Games may begin as early as 11:00 on Friday morning.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
Upon confirmation receipt of registration, a spot is guaranteed within the tournament.  If a team is withdrawn, 100% refund will be provided ONLY if a replacement team is found.  Once the tournament is within 30 days, a refund less a $250 non-refundable fee will be provided, ONLY if a replacement team is found.  

In the event Sartell Youth Hockey is unable to reschedule or host a tournament, a refund will be provided. The Sartell Youth Hockey Association is NOT responsible for a team refund in the event of inclement weather or travel complications.
