NUMBER CONFLICT(S) RESOLUTION

• Number conflict that results in a number reselect and jersey replacement is 100% covered by SYHA with the turn in of existing Jerseys with the number conflict.
• New number selection MUST fall under current odd / even number selection guidelines and number must be available.  This ensures conflict will not take place again for the remainder of the players hockey career with SYHA.
• If a player chooses to Play Up, a new number and jersey will be required at the expense of the family.  The new number will be based on the odd/even system.  
• When registration opens, there can be orders which process for the same number if submitted near the same time.   If this happens, the person with the number request that was time stamped first will be given the number.  The Jersey Coordinator will reach out to let you know if you need to pick a new number as soon as the conflict is recognized.
